What is the plot?
The episode opens the day after the battle against Skearhead, with Sora, Mashiro, Tsubasa, and Ageha at Mashiro's house, all worried because they failed to protect Ellee from Skearhead's attack.

Meanwhile, in the Undergu Empire, Skearhead reports to Empress Undergu, who appears on screen for the first time, revealing her physical form and issuing a direct order to eliminate Cure Majesty and the other Precures entirely, shifting from capture to extermination.
Skearhead revives and takes control of Minoton, who had previously been defeated, forcing Minoton under his command with dark energy.
