In Shangri-La Frontier season 1 episode 37, Sunraku uses Inventoria multiple times to narrowly avoid death against Lycagon's attacks, such as when he hops into it like a rabbit after appearing squished by a paw, buying crucial time despite the high MP cost and lack of preparation, which reveals Lycagon's hidden abilities like understanding speech and feeding false information.

Saiga-0 (Rei) reveals her ultimate attack called Apocalypse, originating from her Attack Holder title, which requires hitting Lycagon ten times--five times for one attack and five for another--with her landing a third one after Suzaku clears the clouds, only to get wrecked by a counterattack at the episode's end.

Sunraku emerges from Inventoria equipped with repaired Ether Reactor headgear from Bilac, summoning Suzaku who uses high-speed circling maneuvers to clear clouds hiding the moon, making Lycagon's invisible clones visible and easier to fight, allowing Rei to land her third Apocalypse.

Lycagon's clone can only perform simple actions like frontal lunges and cannot pursue dodging targets effectively; Sunraku avoids it by watching building shadows, and the real threat is invisible clones in darkness when clouds hide the moon, countered by Suzaku dispersing clouds.

In the post-credits, Emul travels with her brother and a masked kunoichi who states she has met Sunraku before, on their way to help, linking Emul's plotline to Sunraku despite initial impressions she only interacts with him.
