Sean killed Bronte on the beach after she realized he was involved in Gabby's death. Sean delivered a deadly blow to Bronte's skull and then tried to frame Brian for the murder.

Episode 6 begins with a nostalgic flashback to the day the storm struck. Gabby was with Mia, heading out to meet someone and wanted to buy beer.

Sean and Kieran fight inside the caves. Kieran initially gets the upper hand but lets Sean go, not realizing Sean had a rock to strike him. Sean then hits Kieran over the head with the rock. Eventually, the police arrive, arrest Sean, and rescue a bloodied but alive Kieran.
