What is the plot?
The Spider-Man, also referred to as Kumo Otoko, fully reveals his monstrous spider form and attacks Tojima Tanzaburo, Yukarisu, and their allies in a public area with onlookers present.
Yukarisu, having escaped Shocker's influence, fights back against the Spider-Man but ends up in danger of being killed by her former Shocker allies.
Tojima and his allies face a losing situation against the powerful Shocker monster, putting them at risk of death, while onlookers witness the real monster without knowing Shocker exists.
Despite the overwhelming odds and advice to run, Tojima refuses to back down, motivated by his desire to be a Kamen Rider, channeling the spirit of Kamen Rider Ichigo.
Tojima unleashes a powerful Rider Punch with all his adrenaline-fueled strength and fanboy fervor, landing a nasty punch that sends the Spider-Man flying inches off the ground and knocks him on his ass.
The Spider-Man, embarrassed at being beaten by a mere human and shocked by the unexpected attack since he's unused to real fights where opponents aren't intimidated, does not spit up blood or get sent flying dramatically but is simply stunned.
With numerous witnesses present, the Spider-Man decides to retreat immediately to avoid exposing Shocker's existence, fleeing the scene without leaving a trace.
Tojima and his friends, still buzzing with excitement from the fight, celebrate their victory by heading to izakaya Futaba, a pub run by Futaba Shimamura, the middle sibling of Ichiyo and Mitsuba Shimamura and a new cast member.
Futaba, who did not witness the burning of the neighbor's house or her grandparents' murders unlike her siblings, grew up socially isolated due to her family's Shocker obsession and antics, leading her to pursue a normal life.
At the izakaya, the gang gathers to discuss the recent events, solidifying the "marriage" dynamic between Yukarisu and Mitsuba as a loose end.
Futaba, the pub owner, resents her siblings, especially hating her older brother Ichiyo with a burning passion while being fine with Mitsuba; she is loud, bombastic, and as strong as or stronger than Ichiyo, likely from needing to control him.
Futaba's hatred stems from childhood when Ichiyo, obsessed with Kamen Rider V3, jumped in front of her friends pretending to be V3, yelling "I'm Kamen Rider V3, I'm going to protect you from Shocker," embarrassing her and ruining her social life.
Futaba gets mad at Ichiyo not just for showing up at her work but because he apparently has friends while she remains friendless due to the family's reputation.
Meanwhile, Hachirou Nakao, the Shocker-loving yakuza, is ordered to beat thugs from a rival gang, which he does easily in less than a minute.
A boxer thug punches Nakao in the face while wearing glasses, nearly shattering them and risking Nakao's eyesight.
The rival gang leader tells Nakao he must fight one last opponent, revealed as a strong ringer entering the scene.
Nakao faces off against the ringer, setting up a tough match, while separately the Spider-Man appears, creating a cliffhanger as Nakao--who was one-shotted by a normal combatant in episode 3--now confronts the monster.
In the fight, Nakao deals with additional thugs: he throws some to a beefy former sumo wrestler thug, headbutts another in the face, and kicks the sumo wrestler square in the nuts from a low angle, knocking him down easily.

What is the ending?
Short Summary
Episode 6 ends with Tojima and his friends celebrating their victory against the Man-Spider at Izakaya Futaba, a restaurant run by Futaba Shimamura, the resentful sister of Ichiyo and Mitsuba. The episode concludes with a cliffhanger as Nakao, the Shocker-loving yakuza, encounters the Spider Man.
Expanded Narrative
The Man-Spider finally reveals his true monstrous form and launches a direct attack on Tojima and his companions. Faced with the creature's overwhelming power, the group finds themselves in genuine danger. In this moment of crisis, each member volunteers to sacrifice themselves so the others can escape, demonstrating the weight of the situation pressing down on them.
Tojima refuses to participate in this retreat. Despite the literal monster standing before him, he maintains his conviction that he can win. He charges forward with unwavering determination, channeling all his strength into a powerful Rider Punch. This moment crystallizes Tojima's core belief: that never backing down is instrumental to being a true Kamen Rider. He throws everything he has into the attack, fully committed to the confrontation.
The Man-Spider sustains actual damage from the blow. Recognizing that too many witnesses have gathered at the scene, the creature makes a tactical decision to retreat rather than continue the fight and draw further attention to itself. The battle ends not with a clear victory but with a strategic withdrawal by the monster.
Still riding high from the intensity of the confrontation, Tojima and his friends make their way to Izakaya Futaba to celebrate. This establishment is run by Futaba Shimamura, the middle sibling of the Shimamura family. Unlike her older brother Ichiyo and younger sister Mitsuba, Futaba was fortunate enough to witness neither the burning of the neighbor's house nor the murders of her grandparents. She never experienced the traumatic events that shaped her siblings' obsession with Shocker and their vendetta against it.
Instead, Futaba has grown up socially isolated, surrounded by the outwardly crazy antics of her siblings. She harbors a deep-seated hatred for her older brother Ichiyo in particular. When Tojima and his group arrive at her restaurant, she becomes visibly angry. Her rage stems not merely from the fact that Ichiyo has come to her workplace, but from a more cutting realization: he apparently has friends while she does not. This revelation exposes the loneliness that has defined her life in the shadow of her family's obsessions.
Futaba demonstrates considerable physical strength, appearing to be as strong as, if not stronger than, Ichiyo himself. This power likely developed out of necessity, born from her need to manage and rein in her brother's behavior throughout their lives together.
The episode concludes with a cliffhanger. Nakao, the yakuza member who has shown a deep love for Shocker throughout the series, finds himself face to face with the Spider Man. Given that Nakao was previously knocked unconscious by a normal combatant in an earlier episode, his prospects in this encounter appear grim.
