Honor Society (2022)

Honor is driven by her ambition to secure a coveted recommendation letter from her guidance counselor, which she believes is essential for her acceptance into Harvard. This ambition leads her to devise a plan to sabotage her classmates, particularly those who pose a threat to her academic goals.

Honor's relationship with her mother is strained, as her mother has high expectations for her success. This pressure contributes to Honor's determination to excel academically, pushing her to take extreme measures to ensure her place at the top of her class.

Michael is initially one of Honor's targets, as he is a strong competitor for the same recommendation letter. However, as Honor gets to know him, she begins to develop genuine feelings for him, which complicates her original intentions and forces her to confront her manipulative behavior.

At the beginning of the film, Honor views her classmates as obstacles to her success, seeing them primarily as rivals.
